Q. My daughter’s mask is sliding down on her face. What can I do about it?

A. Be sure the strap is placed on the top crown of the head, tighten the straps to be sure it is secure. You want to make sure you are not wearing the strap too low or below the pony-tail. The single strap was designed to be worn on the crown of the head above the ponytail. You may consider using the new pony-tail strap option for added support.

Q. How can I keep the strap up when my pony-tail is low?

Q. Where can I buy new masks locally?

A. The Defender SportShields masks are available at Hibbetts, Sports Authority and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Q. Do I have a warranty?

A. Your Defender SportShield has a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on all manufacturer defects. This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase if not purchased online, at the discretion of Defender SportShields.

Never… Clean your mask with chemicals. Only mild soap and warm water is recommended. When drying, use a soft cloth to avoid scratches to your shield.

Never… Leave your shield in a car for extended periods of time. When your shield is not being used, store indoors or at room temperatures.

Never… Use your Defender SportShield without inspecting it for any abnormal defects. Make sure if your shield has taken a hard impact from a ball that you inspect it for any damage. If any abnormalities are identified, discard and replace with a new shield.
